Pouf of my dreams

I´ve been searching for the perfect pouf for our living room for a while now and now I`ve finally found it. I`m gonna treat myself to it for Christmas! No harm in that, is there?! The geometric patchwork and the colour combination are soooooo fantastic! Found it here.

Bubbles and Sweets

We brought a few goodies back from a short-trip to England. I realised again what a huge role packaging plays!

The BEAR fruit yo-yos come in different tastes, e.g. Strawberry or Raspberry. As it says on the package there`s "no added nonsense" inside and they`re really tasty, I must say.

Bye bye summer, hello cold and wet! We had a grey, rainy day inside our flat. Fynn had the idea of baking cupcakes, so we did. They did not turn out very tasty but one has to say he decorated them really well. We played games, had a mid-day sleep, baked pizza and watched kids tv. The good thing was that we did not have to be anywhere or do anything particular. Hoping for a dry Sunday anyway!

Too small

As Fynn has grown quite a bit over the last months I have had to put a lot of too small clothes into boxes. Amongst them this t-shirt from the GDR auctioned on ebay. Love the print!!!

Fynn`s little Colani elephant my man bought at a fleamarket. All money boxes empty right now. We spent many evenings rolling the money and took it to the bank.

We had nine children partying together yesterday. We celebrated in the garden his Kindergarten shares with a few others. Fynn was absolutely happy and we`re happy he was happy and that we can tick that box now ( does that sound bad?!).

My gorgeous little boy turned four yesterday. How exciting! He had a great day with his family and loads of cake and presents. Daniel and I are absolutely exhausted after staying up half the night before in order to make him a castle cake. The baking mould shaped like a castle that I ordered didn`t arrive on time so we had to go creative.

Now we still have the children`s birthday party ahead of us...
